Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and valet teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Upsell premium rooms, suites, and hotel amenities
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Valid California driver's license (for valet coordination)
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
- Previous VIP guest handling experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
