Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments, manage room assignments, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining packages, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain meticulous records of guest preferences and special requests
- Handle emergency situations calmly following established protocols
- Collaborate with concierge team to provide personalized recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak hours
- Valid Oklahoma hospitality certification preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Oklahoma City attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
