Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with personalized service
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments for maximum occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with proactive problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain financial accuracy
- Promote hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain organized front desk environment with polished presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience required
- Proficiency with Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours and events
- Strong attention to detail with financial transaction accuracy
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with passion for exceeding guest expectations
- Valid Maryland hospitality certification (or willingness to obtain)
