Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, residents, and visitors.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and registration.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Handle package deliveries, mail, and general inquiries with accuracy.
- Assist with building security and access control procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues immediately and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy, high-traffic environment.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
