Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate registration and billing.
- Answer all incoming phone calls and emails promptly, providing information about local attractions and hotel amenities.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries with patience and professionalism to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process credit card payments and handle cash transactions with strict adherence to security policies.
- Manage the hotel lobby, maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.
- Assist in training junior staff and maintaining a clean workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
