Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using Opera property management system
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and VIP guest requests with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and balance daily reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to maximize revenue
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio) preferred
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Kansas City residency required (no relocation assistance)
