Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and VIP requests
- Resolve guest issues proactively with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping and concierge teams

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and reservation systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid DC hospitality license and basic first aid certification
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
