Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for VIP and international guests
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing with precision using Opera PMS Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and urgency
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and security teams seamlessly
- Upsell premium rooms, suites, and hotel amenities
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
- Execute emergency procedures with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, Mandarin) highly valued
- Expertise in Opera PMS, Yield Management, and CRM systems
- Exceptional multitasking abilities during peak hours
- Valid NYC Hospitality License and Food Handler's Certificate
- Impeccable grooming standards and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
