Responsibilities
- Greet and register guests with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, check-ins/check-outs efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate records

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera)
