Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a dynamic concierge team of 5-7 staff members
- Coordinate VIP guest experiences including private tours, dining reservations, and transportation
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local attractions, restaurants, and event venues
- Handle complex guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement service improvement strategies
- Train staff on New Orleans history, culture, and current events
- Manage concierge budget and inventory of premium services
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hotel concierge management
- Proven expertise in New Orleans tourism and hospitality landscape
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Louisiana hospitality certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during peak season
- Experience with Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environment
