Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable stay.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering inquiries.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and common areas.
- Handle guest complaints and requests efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and maintenance staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (preferred).
- Clean criminal background check required.
