Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Assist with check-in, check-out processes, and handling guest inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and public areas.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities are in pristine condition.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with a focus on problem-solving and satisfaction.
- Support special events, conferences, and hotel functions as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
- Fluency in English is required.
