Responsibilities
- Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Bed Making: Make beds to hotel specifications, change linens, and ensure bathrooms are spotless and sanitized.
- Amenity Management: Restock guest amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and promptly report any maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance department.
- Sanitation Protocols: Strictly adhere to cleaning chemicals and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
- Inventory Control: Maintain an organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests or guests' requests.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and a commitment to quality work.
- Availability: Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills are required.
