Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera/PMS)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights/weekends)
- Proficiency in hospitality software (Opera, etc.)
- Customer service certification preferred
- Nebraska food handler's license required
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
