Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations via Opera/PMS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services
- Handle emergency situations calmly
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights/weekends)
- Valid Maryland hospitality license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic foreign language skills a plus
- Positive attitude under pressure
