- Monitor budget compliance and optimize revenue streams
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain property safety protocols
- Implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy rates
- Conduct weekly staff meetings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hotel management with luxury brand experience
- Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Valid North Carolina hospitality management certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Local Charlotte hospitality network preferred
