Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Manage team recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Resolve escalated guest complaints with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Monitor financial performance and maintain budgetary controls
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards

Qualifications
- 5+ years in hotel management with luxury brand experience
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Exceptional leadership and team development abilities
- Strong knowledge of Opera/Fidelio property management systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid NYC Food Protection Manager certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
