Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge services
- Drive guest satisfaction scores through personalized service initiatives
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategic revenue management plans
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for occupancy targets
- Resolve escalated guest issues with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hotel management with luxury brand experience
- Proven track record exceeding occupancy and revenue goals
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of Opera/PMS systems and revenue management tools
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Texas Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
