Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and optimize room allocations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies for premium services
- Adhere to brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Proficient in property management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid Minnesota Food Handler's preferred
