Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) for guests.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in hallways, stairwells, and laundry facilities.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items immediately to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored safely and used efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, including uniform regulations and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
