Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with speed and accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize reservation systems (Opera/Fidelio) efficiently
- Upsell hotel services and amenities
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety
Qualifications
- 1+ years front desk or hospitality experience required
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish/Chinese a plus
