Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to ensure operational excellence
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
- Participate in daily briefings and adhere to all safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Houston attractions and local services
