- Manage seamless check-in/check-out procedures for high-volume guests

- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize Opera property management system efficiently
- Act as local tourism ambassador for Philadelphia attractions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for airport shuttle duties)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia tourism landscape
