Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain facility standards
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle reservations and optimize room occupancy efficiently
- Maintain strict compliance with health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with management to implement service improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or luxury hospitality experience required
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.)
- Valid California Food Handler Card preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
