Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage room assignments and maximize occupancy through upselling techniques
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using our PMS system
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed
- Conduct daily audits of reservation systems and folios
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar PMS software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of Fresno area attractions and services
- Must pass background check and drug screening
