Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional service and problem-solving skills
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and special packages to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays consistently
- Basic knowledge of Houston tourism attractions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including early mornings and late nights
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional errands)
