Responsibilities
- Manage efficient guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS
- Handle VIP requests, special accommodations, and escalated guest concerns
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and F&B teams for flawless service
- Process payments, manage cash drawer, and balance daily transactions
- Upsell room upgrades, spa packages, and local attractions
- Maintain accurate guest records and preference profiles
- Execute emergency procedures and security protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years luxury hotel front desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during high-pressure weekend rushes
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (5am-1pm or 1pm-9pm)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
