Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using property management systems
- Respond to guest inquiries with exceptional service and local expertise
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and dining teams for seamless operations
- Handle payment processing and financial transactions accurately
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requests
- Support concierge services for weekend tourist attractions and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience required
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans attractions and transportation
- Valid Louisiana hospitality permit or ability to obtain immediately
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Spanish/French language skills a strong plus
