Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out guests with precision and warmth using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments, manage folios, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining packages, and local attractions
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety and property protection
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during high-pressure weekend periods
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-2pm/2pm-10pm)
- Basic knowledge of San Jose attractions and transportation
- Valid California driver's license preferred
