Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage the reservation system and handle incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Maintain a pristine lobby area and ensure the front desk is organized and welcoming.
- Provide local recommendations and concierge services to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous hospitality or front desk experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software is a plus.
- A professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
