As a Weekend Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations during our peak weekend hours. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic downtown Denver location with a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Process guest transactions accurately, including payments and folio adjustments.
- Maintain a pristine appearance of the reception area and lobby lounge.
- Provide local recommendations and concierge services to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle and resolve guest inquiries or minor issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong computer literacy, specifically in MS Office.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
