Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm, personalized welcome to all guests and resolve any inquiries or complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Process reservations, verify guest information, and handle payments accurately using our Property Management System.
- Operations: Maintain the front desk area, manage the switchboard, and handle incoming calls and emails promptly.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate room status updates and coordinate housekeeping services to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all hotel security protocols, including key card management and emergency procedures.
- Upselling: Promote hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions to maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and cover occasional holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer systems and POS software.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a high standard of grooming.
- Language: Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
