We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk Agent to join our elite hospitality team, specifically for our Weekend Shift. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage high-volume phone lines and email inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Process guest payments, prepare folios, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or reception role.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities.
