Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process guest registrations, payments, and key assignments using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Support: Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services in a helpful and knowledgeable manner.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, manage voicemails, and relay messages promptly and accurately.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints with patience and empathy, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Lobby Maintenance: Monitor the lobby area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the shift.
- Reservations: Assist with checking reservation statuses and updating guest profiles as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency and experience with property management software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
