Responsibilities

  • Guest Support: Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and services in a helpful and knowledgeable manner.
  • Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, manage voicemails, and relay messages promptly and accurately.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints with patience and empathy, escalating issues to management when necessary.

  • Reservations: Assist with checking reservation statuses and updating guest profiles as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
