Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/out procedures, room assignments, and issue resolution
- Manage reservation systems and process payments accurately using hotel software
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries about Nashville attractions, dining, and transportation
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail and professional appearance
- Maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
