Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out, resolving inquiries promptly
- Manage reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Operate property management systems and handle cash/credit transactions
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) mandatory
- Proficient in basic computer systems and reservation software
- Strong communication skills with multilingual ability a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid New Mexico driver's license if assisting with valet
