Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes using resort management systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Assist with event setup and special weekend activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby/public areas
- Upsell resort amenities and local attractions
Qualifications
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible weekend availability (Fri/Sat/Sun shifts)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency (reservation systems)
- Valid Virginia driver's license (for errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- TSS ServeSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
