Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and during all guest interactions
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, room assignments, and payment processing
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Execute check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and payment processing
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish bilingual skills a plus
