Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments for weekend occupancy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and amenities
- Ensure lobby and common areas are immaculate and welcoming
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently under weekend pressure
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if driving company vehicle)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
