Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services with attention to detail
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate hotel management systems (PMS)
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety
- Support F&B operations during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Proficient in PMS systems (Opera/Marriott preferred)
- TX Food Handler certification required
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of Fort Worth attractions
- Valid Texas driver's license (for errands)
