Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk and concierge stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Upsell resort amenities and special packages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Proficient with hospitality technology and reservation systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving shuttle)
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix attractions and events
