Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized check-in/check-out services with efficiency and warmth
- Manage VIP guest requests and premium amenity coordination
- Resolve guest inquiries using conflict resolution best practices
- Oversee weekend room inventory management and maintenance coordination
- Execute upselling strategies for premium suites and dining packages
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate documentation using property management systems
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Valid Georgia Food Handler's certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- TIPS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
