Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Train and mentor part-time staff on service excellence
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalated issues proactively
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Implement revenue optimization strategies for weekend occupancy
- Maintain accurate financial records and shift reports
- Ensure compliance with brand safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or supervisory experience
- Weekend availability required (Friday-Sunday)
- Proven conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Tennessee Food Handler certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic accounting knowledge for cash handling
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
