Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with our PMS system while maintaining accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a smile-first approach
- Manage room assignments and maximize occupancy rates
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for premium room packages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays (required)
- Proficiency with Opera or similar hotel management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (if valet duties assigned)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math and cash handling skills
