Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Manage room status updates and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless turnover
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with valet, security, and dining teams for integrated guest service
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and amenities
- Adhere to strict safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours (Fri-Sun)
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong attention to detail in financial transactions
- Must be 21+ due to casino environment
- Valid Nevada work permit if applicable
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
