Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Manage room reservations and coordinate housekeeping operations
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate guest records
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with dining and event teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability (Saturdays & Sundays required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid Arizona driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
