Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Execute upselling for room upgrades and amenities
- Ensure lobby and public areas maintain premium standards
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams during peak periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Proficiency with PMS software (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Oregon food handler's card (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
