Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in hotel/retail environment
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, RoomKey)

- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
