Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend check-in/out processes
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments for weekend occupancy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using our property management system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for weekend operations
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and amenities
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with weekend event setup and guest event coordination
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience
- PHR certification a plus
