Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including restaurant reservations, theater bookings, and local attraction recommendations
- Manage VIP guest arrivals and ensure seamless check-in/check-out experiences
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and valet departments for comprehensive guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Chicago's events, transportation, and seasonal attractions
- Process payments and manage guest requests through our PMS system
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hospitality or concierge experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management software
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
